Document 002, WMH: WMH, or With Many Hands, is a creature from the 9th dimension with the ability to expunge the soul from its being of choice, with that ability it is a level 5 on the threat chart, but to make it even worse, it can also rip apart almost any material. The only material safe from this creatures' grasp is Enthium, which is a material from the 10th dimension. Special containment procedures are to make sure it always has at least one plant within the room, at least 2 bones, and a line of salt and sugar Infront of the exit to its cell, so this way it doesn't leave as the creature hates both sugar and salt.
