I imagine Angelo to be the boss of a biker gang that Slim & Jim may butt heads with from time to time. Lots of opportunity to create different members for his gang.

There's a reason he's the boss: doesn't just have the muscles and size, but also the brains and bits of wisdom. And sarcasm.

Would probably fight very dirty. Throwing oil on people and then tossing a lighter or match at them. Donkey kicks with his hooves, charging and goring them, elbow and shoulder shoves, etc.
