For this challenge I decided to go with Sagat from the 1987 release of Street Fighter. Later versions of him show the scar on his chest from the fight with Ryu, I chose to omit it for my entry though since this recreation took place prior to that fight. Also from the screen shot I used it appears the eye patch is on the left eye and he is in a southpaw stance.
