Sarah Seafoam (Seaside Serenade Sarah Sparkles)

Share

Do you like the use of alliteration in the title? Pretty clever, isn't it?

Here is another version of Sarah Sparkles. This time, it's based on the Seaside Serenade mod. If you haven't played Seaside Serenade, here's what you need to know: The mod takes place in an alternate universe where Boyfriend is an island explorer and Girlfriend is a beautiful mermaid. Explorer Boyfriend meets Mermaid Girlfriend basking on a rock in a nearby beach, and she invites him to sing with her. It's a pretty interesting mod, and there might be a second week coming up which will feature new characters. Who knows?

Anyway, this mod gave my brother and me an idea for a mermaid version of Sarah. In this case, instead of "Sarah Sparkles", she's called "Sarah Seafoam". Her design was based on Laura La Mer, a character from the anime Tropical Rouge Pretty Cure. Her hair is much longer and wavier than the other versions of Sarah, and she wears a headband with a little bow attached. On her headset is a little seashell, which helps amplify her voice. While Boyfriend and Girlfriend used conch shells as microphones, Sarah doesn't need one because her headset is enough, since it does have a microphone attached to it.

In Seaside Serenade, Sarah is a famous singer from Atlantis who has her own band called Sarah and the Sea Stars, and the members consist of different sea creatures (such as an octopus, a manta ray, a blowfish, and a sea turtle). Mermaid Girlfriend knows about her, and if she was included in the mod, Mermaid GF might take Explorer BF to Atlantis to watch Sarah perform. Maybe she might even allow Explorer BF to sing with her. As for her songs, they will be based on calypso music instead of 2000s pop music. The songs will be titled "Starfish", "Shallow Shores", "ArchipelaGo-Go", and "La Sirena" (that's Spanish for "The Mermaid"). That would make quite a "splash", don't you agree?

My brother and I have enjoyed making all these different versions of our FNF OC, and we hope to make more sometime in the future. For now, hope you enjoy Mermaid Sarah!
