Early Axes!
This chrono-chopper can hurl his hatchets through time! Targets are two-ed before they even knew they were targets! Even though he ages normally through his time skips, he can choose to work on his attacks over and over until the release is perfect!

Technically we're all time travelers traveling forward through time at the speed of regular time.
Good to see that he appreciates both the analog and digital approach with his temporal tactics. Cool work with the sharp design!

Joking aside, great concept! The axes, the clock on his back, and his hood, are very well designed.
does he operate on different timezones? also can he operate on a 24-hour format
