This was a guy I came up with back in like, 2018, for Sophomore year's animation projects. He's a guy that got turned into a jack-o-lantern from an old country's curse, but he's a hill-billy and pretty hyper compared to the rest of the people who got turned into jack-o-lanterns.
IN RESTROSPECT, this guy does remind me a lot of one of SirPelo's Spooky Month characters, and I wasn't aware of them at the time of making him. Thought I'd point that out.
