I love when Kirby games randomly pull stuff like this when they feel like it.
This is still one of the coolest boss fights for the N64. His theme is still the most haunting and epic ones out there. While there have been more grander scale fights, something about 0² in N64 that's just purely unnerving. He's even marked with the beast by having 6 feathers to the left, 6 segments to its center, and 6 feathers to its right. Then the lore about how it was born purely for destruction, here it cries with tears of blood. You've done a kick ass job with the art, John.
Somebody watched the new Something About Kirby 64.
