I really liked the idea for this COTM, When watching the annocment info video I came up with an idea for Nessa from fractale then Jazza said "it has to be a popular character", "really?! Aww"
So I started out by making Amethyst from Steven universe but that went wrong so here is Sayaka miki in level 99 forum.

Rough story for anyone who doesn't know who Sayaka is: She's from Madoka magica a popular anime thats a dark story about magical girls. It basically follows Madoka who discovers the existence of magical girls, in the show a girl can become a magical girl by making a contract with Kyubey, the rabbit like creatures, all you have to do is make a wish. Sounds awesome, right?! Your wish comes true and you get powers! Not like my favourite character Sayaka becomes a magical girl by wishing for her crush's injurys to be healed, fell in to despair and turned into a witch (which is basically a huge scary monster that the magical girls fight) called Octavia which then was destroyed by another magical girl called Kyoko, but Kyoko died in the process of killing it.. SO MUCH DEATH!
Luckily there's a sequel called:Madoka magica: Rebellion movie Sayaka is alive again and she somehow has control of her witch form Octavia.

So now you know who Sayaka is, I can tell you my ideas for her level 99 form! Basically she has control of Octavia (he's in the background) who hasn't been updated he's still cool though. But sayaka, Yeah she got armour now, longer cloak, cool headband... Yeah most of that was based on Octavia's appearances, the armour was also symbolic because part of her motives for become a magical girl was to help people not be killed by witches. Her swords are updated and bigger and better! So yeah I tried.. I hope you all like it!
