This thread will go from listing the more important info and end with the least, starting with T.O.S. (who i'll just call TOS or tos for the rest of the thread) and then Jever. All info is subject to change.

1. TOS plays the role of a mayoral candidate of a city who, shortly after running, had been tortured by Jever.

Surgery was performed to implant his brain and organs into a malfunctioning robot to sabotage his chances of winning the election. He manages to stay alive but does find out he is slowly dying due to a lack of natural substances.

He is unable to prove Jever had caused this change in his appearance, but the public did acknowledge his new looks as well as his new habit of spurting odd remarks often, causing a loss in support as civilians questioned if a flawed machine was worthy of holding political power.

2. TOS maintains a passion to help his city prosper and stay out of problematic disasters and tragedies he could do something about, as he believes the city could be tarnished by the time the next election begins.

2a. The "nickname" "TOS" infers this, as the name is deliberately short for "Terms of Service, and maintaining order is in his best interest. There is no current official birthname for him.

3. TOS is based off Spamton, except TOS is meant to undoubtably be the "good guy" within his city rather than an insane salesman playing both sides.

3a. If TOS and Spamton ever met each other, TOS would feel internally tortured by Spamton's babbling as Spamton rambles about cheap rip-offs not meeting the quality of his products.

4. As the photo below suggests, TOS talks very similar (if not exactly) like a 4channer due to his new robot-like traits. However, 4chan is not canon to TOS or the surrounding events, and both should be treated as separate personas.

4a. Additional to TOS's speech, he speaks exactly like Microsoft Sam.

5. TOS's features, such as his smile and his glasses, are apart of his robotic design and are made of metal, making these features nearly impossible to change without careful reconstruction. His hair and clothing however is separate material.

6. TOS is fluent in many languages, partially thanks to his new robotic system.

1. Jever is an opposing mayoral candidate and brutal crime boss who uses shady methods to win the majority of votes in his favor, ranging from basic individual threats to whole buildings burned and blamed on TOS's unpredictable behavior. He intends to make the city lean in his favor in ways that would bring upon many issues and possible economical collapse within the city.

2. Jever is based off Jevil, however Jever is much crueler and more firm compared to Jevil, being an equally goofy and crazy jester.

2a. If Jever and Jevil ever met, Jever would want nothing to do with Jevil, claiming him to be insignificant and worthless, as Jevil jumps up and down claiming him to look an "awful lot like pops."

3. Jever has maintained a stable marriage with a beautiful woman. Or, at the very least, had.

4. Jever keeps a variety of jewelry, with what would be considered a surplus kept on him, if not compared to what he keeps at home personally.

5. Jever holds an appearance similar to a demon, with naturally grown horns on his chin and on his head. Surrounding residents tease he probably has a tail and, due to Jever's ego, anyone he overhears jest about such claims do not make it past 24 hours.
