Here is @TheEnderToonist's newest character, Manhattan Otter (クインシー・オッター, Quincy Otter), A new addition to the cast of the third part of Jabez Jackal's first arc in The Cartoony World of Jabez Jackal!
He is a completely intelligent otter who does not break the rules, but he also specializes in slapstick technology to assist Jabez and company in defending his entire cartoony world! He is also known to become Dober Dax's archnemisis in the past, he would remain to this day.
