The Fire Lord's own son will receive no exemption, and as a member of the Amber League, in addition to the standard interrogation, he must undergo a "test" of loyalty.

Tetsuya is based on Lotor. He is a Fire Nation/Human Lotor. His name means intelligence and he has a twin brother named Tatsuya whose name means dragon. More about these beautiful fire twins in the next pic.

Question: Newgrounds says they prefer WIPs, sketches and doodles are out of the art portal. What if I think this sketch is art. I will never have time to line it and color it and make it look 'real', but I still like it so can I call it a finished product?
