Etcetera, the most enthusiastic member of the Tugger fan club, and Jemima, the one with the angel voice (from Cats the musical).
Right now they are freaking out because Tugger is around.
I drew this last summer. And I am very happy with how it turned out. I especially like Etcetera's naughty grin. They are so cute!
I used a screenshot from the movie as a reference. (And it was hard to pause it at this exact moment - took a few tries to get it right)
