Scribble's best friend to pick on and banter. Contrary to Scribble's giant pencil, Blotch favors in drawing with a giant pen; mainly for inking the lineart Scribble does for drawing.

He's a fat and clumsy fellow who makes mistakes on a daily basis. Whenever he wears his hood, it darkens his face and makes his eyes glow. But only a few folks know what Blotch REALLY looks like.
