Stats: HP 75 / ATK 83 / DEF 92 / SPA 100 / SPD 92 / SPE 68

Abilities:

• Weathered Heart - During weather, this Pokémon’s type and form change, along with a boost to its special attack each turn.
• Geoengineering - This Pokémon changes the weather when it uses the corresponding attack.

Personality-wise, the default form is akin to a cheery weather reporter.
