Catalym is Evelyn and Ilyth's mother, can you tell? They have the same eyes.... teeth... uh... style? They don't have the same temperament though. Catalym does her job right, does it well and does it within the rules. She fucking hates that so much and every moment she has conflict she lashes out, never against anyone but no one ever gets between her in those times.

When Ilyth was exiled, by her own hand, she cut off her right horn to signify she only had one daughter. Not soon after, she broke the other horn in a confrontation with a vile man whom she killed in the process. It's not her fault she's angry, she's just cornered.... always....
