Allow me to introduce Dr. Scott, a super villain who's main goal is to rule the entire planet Earth all while trying to rizz up KiloGirl (neither plan actually works).
Veterans of my YouTube channel might actually recognize this character, and that's because he was originally part of this old series called "The Super Game Kid Show", in which Dr. Scott was the villain there as well. That's right folks! I'm bringing him back!
