Sam the witch is delivering candy to all the good children on Halloween! Don't let her catch you TP'ing someone's house or you'll get snakes in your trick or treat bag. Anyway, I think this is one of my best drawings ever. I love how I did the shading here, and I think the star effect turned out good as well.
