So Clara worked for more than 16 hours and through an additional shift without realizing it. Sometimes data analysis can keep you up all night and it is no secret that Clara is pretty determined on finishing what she has started. The uncertainty about the results would have kept her awake anyway. So what are another eight hours in addition to the current shift? Either way. Now Clara was sent out of the science lab (or kicked out), as her supervisor commented on her unhealthy work ethics and partially about her body odor xD. I wonder whether she just didn't shower today or whether she skipped several days... The A.I.C. might know but I'm not sure if I wanna know.

Anyway. Now Clara does what she was told to. Taking a shower before getting to sleep. While standing under the warm water she feels satisfied. The last analysis was finished and now she would be able to rest. All she needs right now is a good sleep. Unfortunately her next shift will start in about 7 hours. Lets hope she can rest up enough before that.

About the character

Clara is such a fun character to draw. I guess you might wonder why she wears a bikini while in the shower. The thing is that Obsidian-2 has shared showers and it is early in the morning. The showers are usualy crowded during that time and Clara is not really the type of character who feels very comfortable around other people. So she prefers to wear underwear or fitting swimwear while showering when there are many people around. In addition to that, her private room is close to the showers so she can dress there.

About the drawing

I think it was obvious that I would go for a scene like this. I also finished it before I actually did the drawing with her sitting on the floor but I wanted to keep it chronologically. It was better to tell a consistent story this way. Aside from that it was fun drawing this (of course I love a good shower scene). However, I ran into some issues while drawing this as Clara has an interesting body shape. And it is not really easy for me to draw characters with small breasts... At least with smaller breasts than Im used to. I noticed that I tend to draw characters in the same way and I want to get away from that a little bit. I hope that it'll work out ;D The other thing I had issues with was her hairdo... Making it look like it was wet took several approaches xD... And I still think that it is still has too much volume.
