Made with micron sharpie pen on 5"x7" (12.70cm x 17.78cm) paper, using the technique of pointillism. For reference I gently held my Labrador's paw in my hand while she was sick. Dogs are only here for a part of our lives, but to them we are their whole lives.
Pointillism is a technique of painting in which small, distinct dots of color are applied in patterns to form an image. Georges Seurat and Paul Signac developed the technique in 1886, branching from Impressionism.(source. Wikipedia)
