Little Timmy is a Head Blob, a common menu item in the Trash Heap Afterlife.

Humans are the newest, most expressive, and one of the weakest additions to the Trash Heap Afterlife. Head Blobs, with their expressive eyes, were implemented to help reduce the incentive for larger carnivorous afterlife residents to hunt and cannibalize humans. The appeal of them is to have the food appear terrified while eaten, but there are also Head Blocks which can display random emotions. Both of them are similar to tofu in that they don't taste like much until marinated.

Timmy is sorta like Jam's emotional support creature.
