There are many powerful men in The Port Charlemagne. There are many corrupt men in The Port Charlemagne. The Noose is at the top of both of these lists. Serving as the Police Chief for the Port going on seven years now, he has learned to work with the crime bosses and the syndicates to get his own agenda done and he has done a very good job making himself both a necessary evil and a powerful ally for the Lord's of the underworld.
The Noose is a character to meet in ELECTRIC SADDLES | LEATHER COFFINS: The Taste of Almond Wine.

Correct! In fact, the first 112-page book ES/LC: The Hunt for Serpents is done! I have a couple of minor edits I still want to make, and I want to redo the cover, BUT I am planning on releasing it all on my website for free in March, chapter by chapter.
I will also be selling an easier-to-read E-book where you can read the entire thing from GO rather than waiting on the weekly uploads. The E-book version will likely be only a couple dollars.
I have also already started work on the second "mini" book "ES/LC: Search for Bitter Fruit"
