Many of the Church's Guilds are powerful when united. The Covens are one of the strongest, and yet they remain divided. It is easy to speculate how ineffective the Church's spread of influence would have been if not supported by the Six Covens; however, a better question to ask is, if the Covens agreed to work together and decided not to rely on the Church for structure and support, how different would our society be today in the year 619 IGF. Furthermore, would we have such distinctions between "Red" Witch and "Gold" Witch or would we just have Witches? Surely if the Covens united and tried mixing their various spells and incantations, we would know so much more as a species. And yet we do not know such things, and the Covens will do no such studies. I Write these words as I hear of two more young souls who have done the taboo; a Gold and a Black this time. We can only speculate on what sorceries they will create together.
