I wanted to try my hand at emulating the art style for Mario Strikers Charged and used it on my tanksona as an experiment for this piece. I genuinely love this raw yet stylish aesthetic that the game went for and I wish more games followed this trend. Maybe one day Nintendo will be ballsy enough to let Next Level Games give it another go at a new installment in the Strikers series.
