Panel 14 : "The Cold War"

Currently, the year is 2287. The Cosmic Confederation and the Holy States are in intense political tension. This is mainly due to the Holy States' recent self-coup dictatorship of the self-proclaimed High-Prophet Supreme.
This one took longer than usual, mainly due to both school and I was just a little unsatisfied from the original sketch I did and redid it.
