Sorry I didn't draw Ruv fully. But, the context is Selever's voice cracked during a rap battle, so Ruv is now testing him by tickling the absolute shit out of him while he's tied up, to see if his voice will crack while he's laughing. The trick is: the more his voice cracks, the harder Ruv tickles him. Poor Selever, hopefully Ruv will show some mercy~
