This is Sound Talpa, one of my many characters who the internet might not be familiar with, since I haven't posted any animations with him in them on Newgrounds (or even made any with him, actually) but anyway, he's a Talpa (which is basically an alien clone that has elemental powers) who likes to create loud, annoying noises, and in this picture, he's angry because he is unable to do so. Get it?
