One of the female antagonists of GREED, Umbra Deamon
As her name tells her species is Demon (Specifically Succubus), she is blindly in love with Gang even though he doesn't really show any affection towards her. However she will do anything and kill anyone to see that Gang is happy, which is why she always keeps her "Lovers" Tarot card near her at all times.
Her style of combat its a bit unique to other characters, she's one of the many few magic casters in the Greed world and uses the Tarot cards in her hair to summon multiple spells and Weapons to cripple her enemies.
For example the card she's using in the image is "The Magician" which summons a magic staff that amplifies her magic.
