Number 33: [RIVAL], created by MemeMeow6. [RIVAL] is a Player 2 CPU, and he's not really good or bad. he's just tryna play some games no matter the cost lol.
finally back with some more exe's :) brought in some new techniques i learned to really put them to the test: bolder lineart, and better lighting and shadow. also i orignally did the sketch for this in a sketchbook which was cool
