The mix of both realism and cartoons amplifies the message behind this "IMAGE" Spongebob would look terrifying, had he been a real-life creature On an artistic level, the "ANIMATED" clothing is placed nicely on the realistic sponge in that it does not look awkward, but rather smooth in "TRANSITION" Shading and added details on the cartoon clothing also maintain the realisticness being achieved, preventing any sharp, or uncomplimentary contrasts between the two.

This looks like one of those Untoon things. You must have heard of them. Hell, they're probably the most circulated fanart ever created unfortunately. That being said, this was pretty scary. I hope that was the intention. You certainly draw a lot of different cartoon characters.

He certainly does look realistic. I can see the pores on his body. Of course, real sponges don't have eyes, a mouth etc. I just now notice the shadow. It's a good effect. You've made something that's certainly freaky.
