This WAS gonna be animated,
but the pixels kept dithering on me, so i gave up. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Shoulda made the background bigger to. . .
Man i gotta start remembering that Newgrounds makes transparent images solid black.
It is not animated and dark format, There is beauty in the picture, Like flowers blooming in the nooks of buildings with piles of rubbish lined in the dark corner(Eh? it is right? 555), I like your work very much!
