Had to keep my word with a little devilish deal I made with the legendary PKettles. Idk how Pkettles did it but they made a character that is fun and simple to draw! You can easily draw the character from memory. It was seriously exciting to draw this piece from start to finish and the process to research this fiendish oc was a little fun hunt. I swear Spits made me forget there was only two canon urchins in the Splatoon series. PK made such a seemless character that I had to put the respect and time in.
