It's good to be self-critical, because you'll always challenge yourself to grow. But don't let it turn a into confidence killer.

As a fan, I'll say you have a lot going for you. I enjoy your character designs and you have some solid ideas behind your entries. Animation takes practice. A bunch of it. Just keep going and you'll find you learn something new each time.
