Already I love Newgrounds. Unlike FA, I actually CAN upload from mobile. (EDIT: At the time of writing this, my mobile device had nsufficient memory for doing so. You CAN upload to FA from mobile; and, by now, they're coding it to be more mobile-friendly, though making it more like dA is not necessarily a plus in my view.)
