Lan Hikari is accused of sabotaging the Power Plant at the Government Complex and assaulting his father, Dr. Hikari. To make matters worse, WWW's pressuring Lan to waive his right to an attorney and be found guilty, or else his mother pays the price! Lan's only chance is to make a counterargument against Count Jack Zap and get everyone on his side, but once Zap is accused of being with WWW, he starts showing another side of himself to Ito, the judge, and the rest of the gallery...
