I honestly haven't experienced this level of grief over a public persons death before.

It's hard to put in to words how influential Akira Toriyama was, not just to myself but to so many people from so many countries and backgrounds, it's not an understatement to say that we probably won't see an artist as influential as him again in our lifetime.

Dragon ball was some of the first art I tried to copy as a kid, and I still go back from time to time to look at it and learn from it.
