Oh! the way i create the effect for most of my drawings is by using an browser based editing app called Photomosh which i learned about in my college, for the effects i always use, i add RBG shift and Instacolor, RBG shift is what gives the sort of 3D glasses effect to it and Instacolor slightly enhances the colors to make them a little more pleasing to the eye, i always edit my illustrations with said effects when i've finished an illustration to give it a more finalised look ;-D
