Hey, I'm back. :] You probably remember me from the Cass drawing you did. Anyways, I'm here to give critique once again.

As previously, your guns are so. Flipping. PRETTY. I'm never getting over it. I cannot get enough of those sweet straight lines and added on details. The expression on his face is a chefs kiss. I like it as it sort of portrays the original games expression for him. The pose also has a pretty nice flow to it. I noticed the jacket swaying a bit. And that belt is also really pretty.

However! The hands are mega wonked. No offence, but Cy has baby hands. They're oddly squished and small, not a very good shape for 'em either. The shoes feel a slight bit off, but I'm not sure if its the laces or the pins. Perhaps the size? They're sort of on that edge where I can't quite tell what's going wrong for them.
