Hey here is the ref for Otis in this whole, Pico's highschool AU I got going on. I made this drawing a few weeks ago. I'm aware its Piconjo day and I was gonna try and make a ref for him, but I didn't have the time or the patience to do it today, plus today was stressful so I'm gonna have to do it tomorrow. I know it's gonna be late but eh, I'm tired.
