Stag Machine Agromorph

The rhythm of pneumatic hearts, the waxy sheen of chitin, the gurgling of deep organs. Before you is a titanic amalgamation of different creatures and machinery, all trapped together.

A heavily modified Agromorph refinery, you will find structures such as this across all facets of Empire society.

In his life, this Agromorph (That being the designation for any creature employed in agriculture production) beetle was a respected Citizen of the Queen. As is customary of one of his standing upon death, his company requested his biology be reprogrammed, and his body integrated into the plant he so dearly loved. Though his soul has left, his flesh still steams onward with its production of vital hemolymphs.

All of the hallmarks of an efficient Biofactory are clear to see, with some exquisite decoration on the part of its Archomorph flesh-architects.

Notice many of the other subjects integrated along with him; these subjects were lesser workers who’s physiology meant serving as building materials or spare biomass was more advantageous. Do not take this as a sign of disrespect however, their memory lives in conjunction with his.

Terrasite is my personal worldbuilding project. It is a strange and alien world of skittering flesh and biomechanical marvels. In this world, the land is under control of the Amalgam Empire: An Alliance of earth’s life forms who have broken free from the chains of evolution and embraced equality. Under the watchful eyes of their ever-present, yet formless Queen Immemorial, the Amalganate has already begun to devour the old environment of nature and use its remains to grow a new world. A grand world. A writhing, putrid, holy world. Stick around if you think its cool!

Did the people make the tunnels for this “train” or did it do it on its own?

Gherkincacnter responds:

Oh, the Agromorph is stationary. Its legs have been removed, as they were needed elsewhere in the logistics chain.
