I've holding on this for a while, waiting for the video to drop.
UmbreonLibris on YouTube announced an open prompt challenge where he gave 3 random Pokédex entries and anyone could come up with a Pokémon based on at least 2.
You can find them discussing my design at 7:00 more or less in their latest video "58 artists make Pokémon from the same prompt", go watch it.
This is Kiryaon, a Steel Dragon Mecha Tyrant Pokémon. I did wanted it to feel like a counterpart to Tyranitar, and I'm glad they got the idea.
