Wow beautiful

So there are a few things that I really enjoyed with this piece of art, I like the way it all manages to flow right together and blends with the elements around it, Its stuff like this that makes it a joy to review this kind of stuff. Now here was something very beautifull the hair alone is so well detailed and brings out some nice color with the lighting effect you really have some good talent and it shows off well so nice job indeed. So nothing to improve on here as this is an outstanding job. So I like your style here and this is one of those kinds of pieces, It kind of reaches out and grabs at you in away as do special art pieces do, It just sort of pulls you in, so nice effort and detail here.

Make a custom brush for hair, I find it really helps.

This is the single best (Margot Robbie) Harley Quinn fan art I have ever seen. Absolutely flawless. The use of both smooth and rigid textures, the subdued nature of the midtones, the expressiveness of her thousand-yard stare, everything is executed perfectly. You can almost feel the gentle breeze swirling the snow about the air around her. It's very dynamic in a wonderfully subtle way. I'm not even a fan of this incarnation of Harley, but getting to appreciate an illustration such as this makes having sat through Suicide Squad worth it.
