Of course Cupid wasn't the only victim of the massive slime outbreak, Grey was also unlucky enough to be around when the slimes got loose. Now jsut like the goth girl he's stuck as a massive, sloshing, oversized blob filled to the brim with slime. Just like Cupid though, he doesn't mind as much as he enjoys the swaying and sloshing of his slime-filled body.
