Finally a character!!

This character is a machine developed by a company called "Bridge".

The reason why Cog has both Cat and Dog features is because Bridge wanted to cater to the wider audience and didn't want to have to develop two separate models.

Bridge's motives are still very mysterious so Cog's purpose is still unknown but people speculate it's purpose is to assist in looking after children because of it's cartoony design.
