Birthed with the genes of the genius mind from Mirgo, the man that leads the research centers of the Triads. Vicktor grew to be quite knowledgeable at a young age, learning subjects that are equal to high school levels of math, science, English at the age of nine.

His treatment was fair for the most part in the Triads. Family relations are a little shaky though, he has a strong bond exclusively with his mother. But has grown a rivalry against his brother Lezlo, and his father although rarely met, their few conversed moments has led to some conflicting point of views.

At this point it was the moment that gave Vicktor his more empathetic and humane views on researching. The first contact with a subject named Morely, to him he was quite a lot for his thoughts to indulge at first. But with his charismatic allure Vicktor kept the conversations consistent every time he had the chance. This would lead him to meet Jacky, Silen, and Lucial before the big shift of their lives. All the unethical ways they were subjected to afterwards wasn't what he wanted to see.

So he devised plans to separate from his home and the place he grew up in, with little ties dangling behind. It was his journey to see things like the jumpstart of the gang wars. How he investigated it, he knew there were suppliers and supporters for this terrible epoch. Choosing diligently on his location he started his base close by and under the rebuilding city, Masoni. From there he made expansions, constructing shortcuts, hideouts, and made various connections.

It was at a certain point while he was working on expanding, he was going to get his first group, B-SiVA. There was one smidge of a problem, it was said that after they were released, people have been trying to hunt them down, either it be incorporating or killing them. Finding them he got to talk to each one even though it was difficult for a few, but it was a success in recruiting them. Later on he provided them personal coverage on selected living quarters, certain insurances, and specific supplies. And at that point this is where his part for the series will be going at, and where he'll be challenged throughout the timeline.
