PC 98 games are really a marvel of pop culture, it should seem that the art style that games coming off the 98th pc are extraordinarily intricate considering the limited hardware. yet when I actually look up 'pc 98 games' it comes up with the psycho killer shrine maiden girl whose carefree attitude spans way beyond the pc 98 games into the windows era AND whose art style, though highly iconic and charming, looks like the several day old residue that Microsoft paint flushed out of its wisdom tooth cavities that build up after processing the myriad of other bright pastel anime girls (is that too far?)
