To go along with my second redesign of Mr. Dark I wanted a new Razorbeard as well. He's really a step above your average robot isn't he?
Here are 2 sticky note sketches, the first displays the cape in full effect, giving an illusion that the admiral is a towering giant, and the second was an unused design that I couldn't throw away.
