Original description

Need to keep the rust off while I'm doing commissions. Wanted to play with expressions and posing and the idea came into my head cus I wanted to draw the blue boi for a change.
I don't draw him much anymore cus honestly I can never figure out how to draw him XD but this came out well enough actually!
It's always refreshing and fun to draw Xai hehe.
Tweaked his design juuust a little. Pulled the outer ear colour back further to the tips as an experiment. Also made the nose and nose stripe more purple in colour.

And who's tail is that? Another old friend?
It was originally just a kaa tail in the sketch as it usually is when I sketch snakes but I decided to make it the tail belonging to another old snake. Though I'm still trying to figure out how the patterning on ball python work
if only snakes had like, consistent patterns most of the time XD but they differ between photos.
Anyway enjoy blueberry raccoon being caught under the alluring spell of a majestic serpent who seems to be about to grab the boy in his coils imminently.
