Welp I updated photoshop and my laptop (from 2016) is no longer compatable with it and now each brush stroke lags waaaay to much as does zooming in and transforming things, so I tried adjusting and troubleshooting my laptop but I guess Im switching to clip studio :P so it'll take a take a couple of days to learn how to use it so i guess good bye to Photoshop until i can afford to buy a new device :P
Is clip studio good though or should I try another program?
I’ve always loved the texture of sketches idk why
Clip studio isn't so bad, but I feel like if you're moving from one platform to this one, it can be super hard to get used to...

Damn, I would like to master Clip Studio myself. You can also make animations there, it’s a very convenient program, but unfortunately I don’t use it
