When Orka was created it was created with some interesting features, which connected its main world with its moons and vice versa. There are gateways in the main world and in the moons that connect them together.they are either shaped as cracks or triangles or even just huge gaping holes. And this usually leads to

THE FORGOTTEN REALM

The forgotten realm is comparable to a void where everything that has been forgotten like objects, people, cities, countries, etc. stay and live, usually either no one remembers them or an adventurer gets stuck and slowly gets forgotten, yet its not fully forgotten it's like a burning memory in the back of your head, its there and it's pretty hazy but on the chance you do fully forget it, its gone forever where then there's a 50/50 percent chance the people get separated from the land and go to the blackwater or they stay with the land and go through the tunnel to the

THE TRUE FORGOTTEN REALM

The true forgotten realm is things that have actually fully been forgotten, no one remembers it, there's no burning memory effect or anything. It's just g o n e. It is absolute darkness, the only light would be from a fire. People can still thrive and exist but everything slowly gets compressed and turns into a fine gray dust that then gets turned into a rock hard material that can't be broken no matter what you do. THE BLACKWATER

The blackwater is… well just that, it's a huge puddle full of black water. There are clouds and a sky, it's just you, and yourself, and your thoughts and brain. The way the blackwater works is that if you get transported there with a friend for example you both would be place unimaginably far apart, like not even in your lifetime you would find each other and everyone who even gets sucked into the forgotten realm is immortal well for the time they stay in there (this will come important later). And then I said “a puddle of just black water '' I meant like it's really only a really REALLY thin layer of black water, and you can't really drown in it. The biggest problem of the blackwater is just you slipping and falling down. 

You may be wondering something though, and that is

HOW DO I ESCAPE THE FORGOTTEN REALM???

If you were to find yourself somehow stuck in the forgotten realm either that be by adventuring or by just being forgotten, well there's only really 1 way to get out, and that's by leaving from where you came from. And if you got yourself stuck in the Blackwater or the True forgotten realm… well you kinda just can't get out, it's only the only chance or opportunities you have to really escape are in the forgotten realm, not in the blackwater or the true forgotten realm.

Well there isn't just one hole leading to the forgotten realm, the main world and the moons have a lot of cracks, holes, and other shapes leading to the forgotten realm, which kinda makes the forgotten realm is a theoretical central train station leading to every place that is connected to it
