SpongeBob 1999 Style "Narwhal"

can i just say, it feels like these modern characters are actually designed as humans, but then the animators are like "Oh yeah, they're underwater animals" and just change some things like the skin tone, nose, or hands. I wouldn't be surprised honestly!
